As a Principal I am responsible for providing leadership and vision to guide the school’s direction. This also includes developing learning and teaching goals and curriculum. My leadership role incudes turning a critical eye on the existing & focuses, as well as having an understanding of developing trends in education and current research on educational matters. In my role as Principal, I was able to train staff and implement a research-based initiative using the latest information on how the brain learns and how to motivate and engage all students.
